As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will own analytics, processes, and reporting for our customer-facing GTM teams, driving operational excellence and pipeline management. You will partner with GTM leadership to optimize funnel performance and drive sales productivity improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience
- Proven track record in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, RevOps —ideally within a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment
- Advanced Analytics & Technical Skills
- Proficiency modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs, with the ability to create reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract, transform and analyze data
- Experience in DBT, Heap or Google Analytics preferred, but not required
- Business Acumen & Strategic Mindset
- Comfortable translating raw data into concise, actionable recommendations that move the needle on performance
- Ability to balance “big picture” (long-term scalability) with “detail orientation” (data integrity, report accuracy).
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication—able to present complex analyses to senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and peers without direct authority
- Skilled in building remote relationships across multiple time zones
- Project Management & Execution
- Highly organized self-starter with a bias for action—able to manage multiple initiatives and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, with clear documentation and status updates.
