Senior Engineer

Anko is the global capability centre for Kmart Group Australia, fuelling growth aspirations of iconic Australian retail brands Kmart, Target and Anko.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in Retail or any other releavant industry.
• Broad knowledge of labour management, HCM, scheduling and leave management products.
• Strong knowledge of WFD configuration, reporting, and data migration.
• Ability to understand Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and convert them relevant workbooks.
• UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) certified is added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
