As a Client Services Manager IV at KMC Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients and improving services to provide best-in-class customer experience. You will act as an overall liaison between clients and KMC business to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Manage a team of operations support to provide service delivery for assigned clients and ensure meeting and exceeding service level agreements.
• Build rapport and develop strategic relationships with client stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Budget management for client-related operational expenses and ensure accuracy of billing reports.
• Learn the business model of clients and provide value-add recommendations for retention, growth, and expansion of clients' business.
