Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and analyze key recruitment metrics
• Generate regular ad-hoc reports and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Design and implement robust data collection methods
• Identify and track key performance indicators
• Analyze recruitment data to identify key insights and patterns
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs
• Maintain a strong understanding of our ATS and other HR technology platforms
