XTN-1D3E137 | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and Vice President of Client Success at our office in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency of our executive operations and to the successful performance of our agency.

Requirements

• Oversee the CEO's schedule and ensure meetings, calls, and responsibilities are planned and organized
• Prepare agendas, materials, and action items for meetings and distribute them to participants as necessary
• Attend all necessary calls and meetings and take detailed notes
• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Compile, organize, and present client reports and data
• Conduct research to support the CEO and the team
• Assist with administrative tasks, including email correspondence, document preparation, and record keeping
• Handle sensitive and confidential information
• Support other executives, particularly in tasks related to aiding the CEO
• Conduct community management duties on CEO social media channels
• Create and manage content for the CEO's personal brand on social media
• Manage #CLOSINGDAY Agency Brand Content
• Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring they align with the CEO's vision and company objectives
