Senior Test Engineer (Manual/QA/QC)

Role Overview

Perform all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team to deliver the product success. Execute test cases across remediation cycles, collaborate with SRE and Dev team to define test coverage, and mentor junior QA engineers.

What You Will Do

Execute test cases, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior QA engineers. Participate in sprint planning, analyze requirements, and provide QA/test recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
• Strong manual testing skills
• Experience writing clear, structured test cases
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and sharing best practices
• Proven ability to work independently and lead testing activities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent collaboration skills
