
Job description
Lead and manage a team to provide first-class maintenance and support for automated storage and retrieval systems, and storage and picking systems at customer locations. Develop and implement maintenance programs, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient and high-performing systems. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Resident Site Engineering Manager and team.
Manage site budgets, oversee tasks, and develop team skillsets to ensure delivery of defined Service Level Agreements (SLA). Provide excellent customer service, manage site improvements and installations, and oversee training requirements. Mentor, coach, and develop on-site staff and resources.
This role requires a strong leader who can provide strategic guidance, manage budgets, and develop team skillsets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to manage site improvements and installations, and have experience in mentoring and coaching on-site staff.
