Job description
As a Human Resources Manager, you will provide strategic and tactical Human Resources support for the assigned plant. You will support plant management in implementing established Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices to support business needs.
You will oversee Plant HR operations, collaborate with Union officials, and work within contract guidelines. You will also act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, design and implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation.
