Senior Data Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work in a self-managing team, delivering cloud-based solutions and products. You will combine your technical expertise with a more strategic and advisory role, helping build our data offering. You will work on designing and building scalable data pipelines, data solutions, and data platforms.

What You Will Do

Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT flows in the cloud, develop data solutions with a focus on code quality and software development principles, work with data modeling and data platforms, integrate and automate data flows between systems and APIs, and participate in the entire development cycle.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science or similar
• At least 4 years of experience in software development, e.g. Python (including PySpark) or Java
• Experience of designing, building, and operating data pipelines and data platforms in e.g. Databricks
• Experience of cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS
• Experience of infrastructure as code, e.g. Terraform
• Interest in AI/ML
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
