The Knights of Columbus is seeking a Field Performance Specialist to assist and support Field Management in the administration and operations of the Field Force in the Midwest Region of the U.S. The successful candidate will oversee, direct, lead, and motivate General Agents and their staff to achieve their goals and meet key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Understanding of insurance operations, policies, and processes
- Customer service oriented with strong oral and written communication skills
- Significant management ability
- Time management and prioritization of work; attention to detail
- Experience in complaint resolution
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to support multi-tasking
- BS or BA degree in a related field
- 8 years related work experience in life insurance administration
- Insurance professional education (e.g., FIC, FLMI and CLU) desirable
