Field Performance Specialist for the Western Region of the U.S. assists and supports Field Management in the administration and operations of the Field Force. Oversees and directs General Agents and their staff to achieve key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Understanding of insurance operations, policies, and processes
- Customer service oriented with strong oral and written communication skills
- Significant Management ability
- Time management and prioritization of work; attention to detail
- Experience in complaint resolution
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to support multi-tasking
