We're seeking a Skills Coach to support learners on the Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeships. The role involves coaching emerging leaders to develop core management skills, delivering online workshops, and providing personalized coaching and support. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering apprenticeship standards, people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Requirements
- Experience delivering apprenticeship standards (ideally TL3 and/or ODM5) or professional development programmes
- Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities (communication, performance management, problem-solving, team leadership)
- Ability to coach and support adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Minimum GCSE A*–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
