We are seeking an External Identity Support Analyst to provide 3rd line remote support for all customer solutions within Managed Solution Support. The role involves configuration management database (CMDB), project support, technical development, and providing handovers of customer solutions into Managed Solution Support.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot complex and bespoke applications
- Good working knowledge and the ability to read and modify code written in VB.Net and C#
- Good knowledge or experience of working with Microsoft PowerShell
- Ability to support complex enterprise environments
- Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAUTH 2.0, Open ID Connect and other federation technologies.
- Experience of operational support within a business environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, virtual environment
- Ability to work independently, on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and speaking abilities necessary to explain technical issues in a clear and compelling manner to various levels of technical and business audience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Learning Agility to be willing and able to learn new features and technologies as they evolve
- Basic understanding of security principles, least privilege, vulnerabilities
- Understanding of authorization concepts (roles, permissions, application registrations, service principals)
- Understanding of user and group management (creation, modification, deletion, dynamic groups)
- Knowledge of Conditional Access (CA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
