Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean thinking.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through conflict resolution and decision-making processes.
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum metrics, and experience in using them to track team performance and progress.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
