As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide oversight of store operations and merchandising, delivering excellent customer service and teaching, coaching, and developing associates to execute operational, service, and merchandising processes. You will be accountable for the overall results and success of all key performance measures with a primary goal of driving sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising teams or associates, including the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals and performance management
- Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to make quick decisions
- Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
