Mechanical Engineering Manager

Komline is a pioneering leader in advanced separation technologies, and we're seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and development, leadership skills, and experience in managing complex engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 15+ years of engineering experience, with a strong background in mechanical design and development
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering analysis methods (e.g., FEA, GD&T)
• Experience working within a manufacturing or product development environment
• Possess a good understanding of manufacturing processes with emphasis on process equipment including a working knowledge of piping, structural steel, welding, gears, motors, machinery, and fabricating processes
