We are looking for a Customer Solution Engineer - Product to provide technical expertise on the optimal KONE product for the customer. The position will be based in Casablanca and will involve collaboration with sales, product planning, and technical expertise support to the front line CSE team, field operation and sales team in Delivery process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- 2-4 years experience in elevator industry preferred.
- Candidate with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in AutoCAD.
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.
- Excellent collaboration skills and capability to teamwork with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Capability for analytical thinking and focus on details - distinguishes between important information and irrelevant or minor details.
- Ability to work with global colleagues considering different time zones, language competences and differences in working culture.
- Excellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus.
