Umwelt- und Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d) - Baustoffindustrie

We are looking for a dedicated expert to develop our environment, quality, energy, and safety management responsibly and coordinate the introduction and maintenance of our ISO management systems.

Requirements

• Experience in environmental engineering, environmental engineering, process engineering, economic engineering, raw material technology, or comparable qualifications
• Additional training in quality management or as an auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001) is desirable
• Ideally, first experience with sustainability certifications (e.g. CSC, EPD, DGNB)
• Knowledge of environmental law, hazardous substance, and waste management
• Professional experience in the building materials industry, construction industry, or industrial production company, or high willingness to become familiar with the industry
• Experience with management systems and audit processes
• Structured and self-independent work
• Developed sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of process optimizations
• Team player and motivated, actively driving sustainability forward
