HR Generalist

HR Generalist responsible for supporting global HR initiatives, workforce planning, and employee retention strategies. Manages recruitment and onboarding processes, and provides counseling and support to employees and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR functions
• Experience in salary calculations, onboarding/offboarding, and contract management with external vendors and law firms
• Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment
