Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with responsibility for the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will combine HR expertise with business acumen and actively shape organizational, leadership, and talent issues in an international, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• University degree with a focus on human resources, business psychology, business administration, or similar
• 5–8 years of professional experience as an HR business partner, ideally in an international, technology, or software-oriented environment
• Extensive experience in advising senior and executive-level managers
