Research Associate, In Vivo Pharmacology

Korro is a biopharmaceutical company seeking a Research Associate to join its In Vivo Pharmacology team to work on developing genetic medicines using its proprietary RNA editing platform.

Requirements

• Conduct experiments to determine the efficacy of novel oligonucleotides in rodent models
• Develop, optimize, and execute ELISA and hELISA assays
• Support bioanalytical method development activities
• Generate and analyze in vitro, in vivo pharmacology, and ADME data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain records of experimental procedures and results
• Communicate results to team members and stakeholders
