Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of their Digital Platform. This role involves deploying product updates, identifying production issues, implementing integrations, and maintaining the systems needed for developer success. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills and a working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS.

Requirements

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Testing and examining code written by others
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates
• Monitoring systems and troubleshooting tools
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Provide Level 3 technical support
• Developing software to integrate with back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
