Analyst-FTE

The Analyst is responsible for conducting periodic reviews to fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, delivering against targets for productivity and quality, and managing a caseload throughout the end-to-end process in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High standards of quality in performing corporate renewal reviews of Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence
• Understanding client policy and procedures and how to apply
• In-depth knowledge of corporate structures, including privately owned or public companies, trusts, and partnerships
• Ability to determine needs for escalation to Subject Matter Coach (SMC)/Subject Matter Expert (SME) or to client
• Proactive review and follow-up on referrals and queries
