Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Assistant Manager to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and lead a high-performance team. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
• Must be available for shift timings between 2PM to 11PM
• Strong expertise in Design, Development and Integration of ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application
