Manager

ServiceNow Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team. The Candidate will gather, analyze and document business requirements, ensuring the successful design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and requirements.
• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement using the ServiceNow platform
• Develop detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
• Participate in solution design sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the technical team.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather feedback and align on priorities.
