Requirements
- Possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings
- Conduct thorough analysis of P&L and balance sheet statements
- Oversee the development of financial models to support forecasting and planning, identifying trends and potential challenges
- Lead financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes
- Drive process improvements and implement automation in reporting to enhance efficiency and standardization
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and oversee project delivery to align with strategic objectives
- Handle escalations/performance related discussion of KGS teams with the onshore stakeholders and help with issue resolution and documentation
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
