Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of senior consulting experience across functional domains
- Proven experience of selling and delivering projects which harness technology and digital enablement
- Strong track record in business development and practice growth
- Proven success in leading teams, mentoring talent, and building capability
- Exceptional programme management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated success delivering advisory engagements and complex change
- Collaborative working style and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience working with or within government agencies
- Positive, pragmatic, 'can-do' attitude with a genuine sense of ownership
