Requirements

• Background in MoG with strong familiarity in Better Business Case (BBC) methodology.
• MoG operational delivery experience, including operational readiness, transition, operating model design, business case development, or Op Pol-type responsibilities.
• Project/Programme/PMO experience from either the public or private sector.
• Change Management capability, ideally across large transformation programmes.
• Big 4, general consulting, or strong public sector background aligned to our core service offerings.
