Management Consultant – Public Sector Transformation

KPMG is looking for talented Management Consultants to join their Wellington team. The role involves leading workstreams and project teams, delivering high-quality insights and recommendations, and contributing to business development through proposal writing and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Background in Machinery of Government (MoG) with strong familiarity in Better Business Case (BBC) methodology
• MoG operational delivery experience, including operational readiness, transition, operating model design, business case development, or Op Pol-type responsibilities
• Project/Programme/PMO experience from either the public or private sector
• Change Management capability, ideally across large transformation programmes
