KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. The Analyst - HR Ops-Execution role is responsible for ensuring smooth processing and releasing of offer requests via Oracle Recruiting cloud, coordinating with TA and Onboarding teams, and analyzing MIS reports.
The role involves ensuring zero errors in offers being rolled out to candidates, accuracy in MIS reports, and creating monthly and quarterly dashboards based on level and business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with teams to identify challenges and improve processes.
