Analyst (RPO)

Role Overview

The Analyst will work with the KGS Recruitment Process Optimization (RPO) team to support the US geography, as part of Business Services capability. The team provides solutions to KPMG member firms globally, streamlining their recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates.

What You Will Do

Source quality CVs, conduct market mapping exercises, identify prospective targets, determine candidate prioritization parameters, maintain candidate records, establish professional relationships, create reports, and extend support to business unit strategy initiatives.

Requirements

• Source quality CVs through deep web techniques
• Conduct market mapping exercises to gather and analyze talent
• Identify prospective targets using job boards, internal databases, diversity tools, LinkedIn, deep web search, and other sourcing tools
• Determine parameters for prioritizing candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records in tracking database
• Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members
• Create basic reports, LinkedIn projects for recruiters, and assist with competitive analysis
• Build profile pipeline of targeted individuals, competitor team, and reporting structures, and develops organizational charts
