We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 4–6 years of experience specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Event Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ITOM solutions, ensuring proactive monitoring, automation, and seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration)
• Hands-on experience with Event Management configuration and integrations
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with CMDB design, population, and reconciliation
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and event correlation strategies
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and alignment with ITOM/ITSM best practices
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
