We are looking for a ServiceNow Manager to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond. The ideal candidate should have good design knowledge and be willing to research new solutions based on the requirements.

• Development of ITSM & other modules in ServiceNow Platform
• Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow professionals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools
• Develop and maintain formal documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in the use and implementation of ServiceNow
• Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with Service Now
• Support business process owners in configuring the platform
