Reporter, Politics position at KQED requires an experienced reporter/host to report daily news and host newscasts in an authoritative and conversational manner. The role involves producing journalism across all platforms, including audio and text, as well as social and other media.

Requirements

• Professional experience as broadcast, print and/or online journalist
• Excellent reporting and news writing skills
• Ability to accurately communicate facts and verify information
• Good editing skills
• Strong time management skills
• Thorough command of journalistic principles, ethics and standards
