Requirements
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) mandatory
- Strong communication and delegation skills with proven people and performance management
- Strategic thinker who translates strategy into execution; experienced in project management
- Skilled in CAPEX and maintenance budget management and operational maintenance activities
- Lean Manufacturing practitioner with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills with effective prioritization
- Comprehensive knowledge of OH&S and EPA regulations and systems; successful leadership of semi-autonomous teams
