The Maintenance Manager will direct all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential for the entire site operations, including maintenance business management, maintenance materials inventory, and equipment reliability. The Manager will also be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and reliability of site utilities, and will oversee and lead the implementation of the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) system and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; focus in Engineering or related technical field highly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience within a manufacturing environment required
- 10+ years of maintenance/production experience within a manufacturing environment required
- Operational excellence experience; IWS, six sigma, lean,....etc.
- Ability to understand financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Exceptional leadership skills, Interpersonal and communications skills to motivate, engage, empower, train, direct, lead, evaluate and coach a diverse group of team members to reach their fullest potential
- Ability to effectively plan and manage through change within large enterprise organizations
- Microsoft Office and CMMS experience and proficiency required
- Ability to manage a continuous operation (24 hours, 7 days per week)
