The Senior Quality Sector Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of the Kraft Heinz management system and overseeing all aspects of quality and food safety across multiple production lines and services within the plant.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring
- Ability to work well under pressure, particularly in crisis management
- Effective communication and follow-up skills
- Solid understanding of GFSI (FSSC 22000) requirements
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) principles, HACCP, sanitation, analytical/microbiological testing, and hygienic design principles
- Project management skills and strong mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems and quality systems, SAP and Infinity preferred
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, results-oriented, and respect established objectives
