
Job description
As a First Line Support Engineer, you will be the point of contact for support questions from internal colleagues, ensuring first-line work is performed and recorded correctly, and proactively reporting and preventing faults.
Manage and process tickets, solve first-line faults, support and advise users on ICT issues, and provide feedback on completed tickets.
This role is suitable for someone who is customer-oriented, can work well together, is flexible, and shows initiative, with a strong background in IT and certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, MCSE.
