Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Technical experience in building science principles and commercial building maintenance
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word)
• AutoCad and Bluebeam proficiency (preferred)
• Professional engineering or architectural license (ideal)
• Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) coatings credentials, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) credentials (desired)
• Ability to travel throughout the U.S. (30-50% expected)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
