Construction Litigation Legal Assistant

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Legal Assistant with 3+ years' experience to support a growing team in construction litigation.

Requirements

• Civil Litigation and/or Insurance Defense experience
• Prior experience managing attorney calendars/scheduling
• Drafting legal documents including standardized letters, pleadings and reports
• Working knowledge of Florida court procedures
• Familiarity with e-service and e-filing
