The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, specializing in bodily injury and premise liability cases. The paralegal will summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents, and communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively.

Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred
• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed
