We are looking for a Destination Sales Development Manager to generate Leisure and MICE business from the Polish market and promote destination Poland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the DMC or MICE industry, good connections within the MICE network in Poland, and fluency in English and Polish.
Requirements
- Commercially minded and Sales driven
- Proven track record in a DMC or proven working experience within the MICE industry in Poland
- Good connection within the MICE network in Poland (Convention Bureaus, Suppliers, Tourist Organization)
- Degree qualified in Tourism and Travel Business
- Entrepreneurial and creative approach
- Project management
- Good technical skills in Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PDF
- Fluent English and Polish language skills
- Very well organized, able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under a lot of pressure from the clients
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our destination offices
- Team spirit, ability to work within a group
- Experience in Inbound Travel in Europe experience is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
