Job Description
This position involves providing back-up to a Station Manager, responsible for providing customer service, handling complaints, and assisting with training and managing employees in a retail or restaurant setting. Requirements
- 1-3 years prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
- Providing and maintaining customer service
- Handling complaints
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Assisting with cash, inventory, and communication
- Maintaining a safe and appealing work environment
