Job Description
This Assistant Manager position offers comprehensive training in retail operations, leadership, and customer service. The role involves providing and maintaining customer service, handling complaints, and assisting the Station Manager with various tasks, including cash management and inventory control. The position requires flexibility with scheduling and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Some of the job requirements include 1-3 years of prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain an Operator License to sell alcohol.
