Job Description
This Assistant Station Manager position offers comprehensive training in retail operations, customer service, and leadership. The role involves providing support to a Station Manager, managing staff, handling customer complaints, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities also include assisting with cash management, inventory, communication, and ensuring company compliance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stoop/bend
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compliance with all laws regarding selling alcohol (IL or WI) and potential Operator License
