Job Description
Kelley's Market is seeking an Assistant Station Manager to support daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and lead a team. This is a key role within a growing family-owned convenience store chain, playing a pivotal role in managing store performance and ensuring a positive customer experience. The station manager will be responsible for training, inventory, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- 3+ years of experience in a convenience store, gas station, or retail environment.
- 3+ years of experience handling cash and completing shift reports.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
