Senior Manager or Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing

Kymera Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing to partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Research and Development to support sourcing strategies, build strong relationships with key vendors, and lead negotiations with contract research organizations, contract manufacturing organizations, and other strategic vendors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, outsourcing, or strategic negotiations within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives across multiple R&D functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Effective influencing skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Agile learner with ability to quickly adapt to new tools and business needs
