Transition Manager

Role Overview

Kyndryl Japan is hiring Transition Managers to lead projects that transition business operations to Kyndryl's Delivery Centers in India. The role requires a high level of Japanese communication skills. As a Transition Manager, you will develop project plans and schedules, manage resources and risks, and monitor and report on the progress of transition activities.

Develop project plans and schedules, manage resources and risks, monitor and report on the progress of transition activities, and oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• SCRUM or Project Management skills
• Basic IT knowledge (architectural)
• Organization and planning skills
• Teamwork with 'one team' philosophy
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent Japanese communication skills (for example, JLPT N1 level)
