Role Overview

As a Windows Engineer at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance. What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities will include administering Microsoft Intune for device management, packaging, deploying, and maintaining software applications using Intune and related Microsoft Endpoint tools, and troubleshooting device enrollment, update issues, and policy conflicts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing a Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems and enterprise configuration
• Hands-on experience with application packaging (MSI, IntuneWin, PowerShell scripting)
• Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MDM frameworks
• Excellent troubleshooting and reporting skills
