Temporary Operations Analyst position available at La Presse, a non-profit information media organization, responsible for supporting digital platforms and contributing to business continuity.
Requirements
- Hold a DEC in computer science or equivalent training and experience
- Have four (4) years of experience in an operations support role
- Master ITSM ticket management tools and administer Atlassian solution suite
- Apply ITIL-based processes
- Maintain an active watch and a great interest in emerging technologies (Web, Mobile, AI, Cloud)
- Demonstrate a strong motivation for complex problem-solving
- Work effectively under pressure during incident management
- Collaborate and communicate proactively within a team
- Master French and English, both orally and in writing
