Sales Consultant – La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries

We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Saugus, MA. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury furniture and accessories, creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor, and earning commissions with no ceiling. You will work with high-end clients, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive working relationship with store employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and conflicting priorities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
